The staff is absolutely wonderful. The hotel and rooms were also very clean. The breakfast was great and to top it off. There’s a Chili’s restaurant within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.

Hotel staff was as friendly as could be. The rooms were clean as was the hotel itself. They have a free happy hour for guests and a complimentary breakfast that was pretty good as well. Will definitely stay again if I need to stay in Kilgore.

The hotel could use some updating! The bathroom tile was cracked and the toilet had a small seat on an elongated toilet! Employees were very nice!

The breakfast lady was the best I’ve ever seen and I’ve traveled for years. Super nice and went way above and beyond, Managements cash policy was terrible, but luckily used Hotels.com and saved $47 - managements loss.

Pretty decent hotel for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. The biggest downside was the elevator, which is very slow and feels a bit outdated. The continental breakfast could also use some variety, as it’s pretty much the same thing every day. The pool has been closed for a long time as well. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, just a few things that could be improved

The staff was amazing. Stayed there 1 time. Left my sweaters in the room. They held it for almost 2 weeks. I came back and was able to get it. Breakfast bar was good. Lady doing the cooking makes everyone waffles. Always wiping everything down. Keeping it perfect! I wish I had cash on me to leave her a tip! A/C worked great! Definitely will stay again!

Great stay. Clean facilities, comfy bed, great a/c, good breakfast. Note that there is NO pool after their remodel. (Google Maps still shows pictures of the pool.) Chili's and Wing Stop are within short walking distance. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The pillows were a little strange, they're square, but there are lots of them. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and bar soaps are provided. USB A charging (x2) on both sides of the bed along with reading lights. Night light in the bathroom. Cold fridge and microwave in the room. Forgive my photos, I never remember to take them before I unpack.
