Beautuful remodeled modular home. Has large eat-in kitchen with bar that opens to living room. Perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Has internet/TV and rocu in the master bedroom.

Large kitchen has lots of pots and pans and cooking and baking pans for making delicious home cooked meals. Spices and condomints are available if needed.

Great place for a Family reunions, wedding, visiting nurses, graduation, festivals, skiing, fishing, and is close to Rocky mountain national park.

This property is close to sunset swimming pool (about a 6 min. drive), Ymca, bowling alley, greenbelt, rivers, reservoirs and much more. We have breweries, restaurants, dinner theatre, tractor museum, shopping, and even a speakeasy.
