Parking is in driveway. Bike and hiking paths surround this home and the entire Boulder County.

This home has an accessory unit apartment below with a private entrance that is sometimes rented. I travel alot so the home itself is only rented when I'm gone for days to weeks but I live alone so the home is essentially empty in the closets etc.

Amazing home!! Beds are super comfortable and master bath is top notch! I really love the house, the property and the location (beautiful walking trails in very close proximity).Here’s why it gets 4 stars instead of 5:The owner also rents an apartment in the basement of the same house separately. The other renters were pot smokers and the smell came up through the vents into the main house multiple times on multiple days. Owner has 100% smoke free policy. He was responsive and did what he could but had difficulty enforcing it. The smell was terrible and it put a damper on our stay. The owner agreed that it was a problem and offered a 100 discount. I requested a full night refund and he declined, sending 200 instead. I was disappointed that the owner didn’t give me more of a refund. I feel that the other renters should have been fined for not following the owner’s policy. Hopefully the owner will either change the air filtration system or not rent both spaces at the same time so it never happens to anyone else.
