Staff were extremely well trained and friendly, we felt all the staff that we came across went out of their way to look after us. The facilities in the Health and Spa centre were impressive, we were given a nice tour. Parking was easy, plenty of spaces. Great hotel - good value for money!

Thoroughly enjoyed my 24 hours here, every staff member was super friendly and helpful.. I came very unprepared forgetting my toothbrush & phone charger but they had both covered with a smile.. was really impressed with the food (3 ladies all really enjoyed our meals), spa was nice with pool, steam, sauna and jacuzzi / hydro pool. It’s all a little dated overall but you can use it for the rest of the day even after you check out! Rooms came with irons (always a bonus), tea / coffee & biscuits, the bed was really comfy. I thought the stay was really good value for money… loved it!
