For 7,000 a month, you would expect something reasonably nice. NOTHING had been updated. The mattress was at least 15 years old; and very uncomfortable, the sheets were probably 20 years old. The kitchen cabinets were updated with a can of spray paint from Home Depot.the fabric on the sofa was shredded. The seat cushions on the dining room chairs had blood on them. The first day we were there, the bathroom flooded. The carpets in the bedroom were filled with water no attempt was made to dry them out. The kitchen was the size of a postage stamp. Very low end, as were the pots, pans, flatware and dishes. The bathrooms were ugly and never updated. I think this place was built in the 70's. It looked like everything was original including the furniture. The refrigerator freezes things inside the refrigerator. The carpet in the master bedroom is extremely dirty.The only thing nice about it was the view.I would never rent it again.
