Beachfront 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath townhouse condo in the center of beautiful Longboat Key, an island just a few miles north of Sarasota. LaPlaya Condominiums provides a private beach, sheltered pool with sundeck, and beachfront grills so you won’t miss a minute of the sunset. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen plus washer and dryer. All linens and beach towels are provided. Welcome to our island-style living.

This spacious end unit is bright and breezy. The open floor plan provides sweeping views of the beach and gulf from the kitchen to the living and dining area, and on to the private porch and steps leading to the beach. All bedrooms are carpeted. The master bedroom on the 2nd level has floor-to-ceiling windows, and sliders to a sundeck overlooking the beach.

The comfortable beach-house décor makes it a great place to kick back and relax while enjoying Gulf views from the totally open floor plan stretching from kitchen, through the dining/living area and out to the lanai.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony or patio. Great place. Enjoyed our stay. Nice view of the beach and plenty of ammenities. Kitchen very well equipped. Parking was never a problem. I would say that the only unexpected "problem" was that the master bedroom with the nice ocean view shares a small bathroom with the other upstairs bedroom. Found that a little unusual. And the downstairs bedroom (that doesn't have a view) which I guess is also considered a master, would have to share a bathroom with guests. Not a deal breaker but it was kinda awkward.
