2 Bedroom and 2 Bath condo located in the resort community of Beachplace Association. Faces the golf course with angled Gulf view and has access to the boardwalk to the Beach. Beachplace sets up chairs and umbrellas daily on the beach to make access very simple and inviting. This is a very bright and cheerful condo The master suite with a king bed offers lush views and access to the balcony as well as a large tv. Primary bathroom offers a dressing area with 2 sinks and large closet and a walk-in shower with Grab bars. The kitchen offers a nice modern feel, laundry closet (washer/dryer) and full stainless appliances. All new windows and doors throughout the condo . Second bedroom has a king bed and bathroom has a tub/shower combo with grab bars.

Beachplace is a gated condominium with a variety of amenities including a long stretch encompassing 1,450 linear feet of the soft white sand beach. Chairs and Umbrellas are available for use. It also has a large heated pool , clubhouse, fitness center and 3 tennis courts plus pickelball. Town requirements are a 30 day rental and rentals are on a calendar month basis.
