Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental new to the vacation rental market! This redecorated and upgraded unit provides a clean, beach cottage atmosphere with a private lanai overlooking the gorgeous tropical landscaping of Beachplace.

This unit is special because it has a workspace in the guest room and the highest speed internet available! So if you are looking for a place to work remotely in paradise, this is the condo for you!

The large, open, kitchen has a breakfast bar and a separate dining area. The unit has a dishwasher, ice maker, washer, dryer and much more. The spacious living room has plenty of seating for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space while taking in a movie on the large HDTV television. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the guest room has two twins. Every one of our rentals includes sheets, bath & beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen.

Beachplace has wonderful amenities including tennis courts, a large Olympic pool, hot tub, gym, community grills, a beautiful clubhouse, and umbrellas and chairs awaiting you on your beautiful white sand beach! Great condo community on LBK

Lovely, updated home overlooking golf course with views of the Gulf too. Wonderful community with large pool and spa, tennis, pickle ball and groomed beach complete with chairs and umbrellas. Lots of renters in Beachplace, so very easy to meet people and get involved. Or just enjoy the sun, sand, ocean and pool! Would definitely stay again.
