Amenities: Amenity Passes are needed for use of indoor/outdoor pool, courts, clubhouse games rooms, and community beaches and fishing areas. The amenity passes are as follows: Daily passes 20$ per person 3 day passes 30$ per person 7 day passes 50$ per person They can be purchased at the administrative office between 8am-4pm Monday-Saturday. The indoor pool and community center (game room & courts) are open 11am-7pm Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday; Friday and Sat from 11am-9pm; Thursday 5pm-10pm. Outdoor pool and swimming locations are open Memorial Day through Labor Day every day except Wednesday from 11am-7pm. Beaches are open from dawn until dusk. The bar & grille located at the community center is open Thurs-Saturday, grille 5pm-10pm & bar 5pm-12am. This home is in the beautiful community of Emerald lakes. The community amenities include and indoor heated pool, restaurant bar and grill, a game room with lots of things for all ages (pool table, gaming system, arcade games...), and lakes with beaches and playgrounds.
