The room had too much furniture in it. The staff at the front desk didnt smile. The bartenders at Vintage were very unprofessional and almost were annoyed we bothered them. We were next to the washing machines and it was always loud with people and machines rrunning.

Staff was courteous, room was in good condition except floor lamp didn't light. Hallways have ceiling lights, wall sconces and can lights over each door. On the first and third floor, those can lights were turned off. On the second floor, where I was, they stayed on all night long, glaring into the room around the door which was hanging slightly crooked. I asked 3 times to have them turned off like the other floors, and despite promises it never happened. I didn't sleep well because of that. The hot water faucet in the bathroom was loose and leaked water around it onto the floor when it got wet. The cleaning staff inadvertently turned on the alarm clock, unbeknownst to me, which woke me at 6 a.m. 2 of the 3 nights I was there. The food was good and it's a nice looking place, but peaceful sleep didn't happen there.

I stay here often and the rooms are spacious clean and the hotel staff is very accommodating. I always have a wonderful experience and I highly recommend staying here. They also offer free breakfast and dinner which is a nice perk.

We love staying here anytime we have to come into town. The rooms are immaculate, clean well decorated, and so comfortable they’re spacious enough for my husband and I to be in town for a couple days and my husband work out of the hotel room. They were also extremely accommodating of our dog Coming with us. The beds were exceptionally comfortable as well.
