We had a lovely time at the penny lane hotel. The room was new and very clean. We had our dog with us and they made him feel so welcomed. The staff was so nice and friendly to the humans as well!!

This is. Rely renovated and just reopened. A resurrection of a motor lodge where you drive up to your room/cottage. Great welcome and breakfast in am. We would relax and sit on the porch relaxing sipping coffee in am.

We loved the room, the easy check-in and check-out process and the location of the hotel. The room was clean and tasteful, with everything you needed. Our coffee machine didn’t work, and the shower light was out but we weren’t inconvenienced so we didn’t mind. We’ll definitely return again on our next trip to Hampton Bays!

An easy comfortable clean place to stay in Hampton Bay. It has a pool and lawn chairs and it’s right on the inlet of the water. There’s a restaurant with music a few doors away serving hamburgers and wine, etc. There is parking on the premises they have a continental breakfast consisting of bagels, yogurt, and a energy bar, which are all delicious. Check-in is not until four, which generally is a little bit later than most hotels which is three. But all work and there’s plenty to do nearby in Westhampton and Southampton ed ok

The Penny Lane provided a very new and clean room that was nicely decorated. The rug was quite rough and could not be walked on barefoot and the coffee maker in the room did not work. But we had a delicious breakfast that included Goldberg’s bagels and specialty coffee made by a server. It was pouring so we did not get to enjoy the pool. Expedias confirmation said check in was at 2 and Penny Lane said at 4 but we checked in after 5 since we came from a party.

The staff was amazing. The property was beautiful and immaculate. It was located about 5 minutes from town, on a marina, close to the bay and beaches. We were in a cottage with a shared porch. The ambience was friendly and homely. There were about 16 cottages so definitely not crowded (a plus). You are responsible for maintaining your cottage. Cleaning service came in once during our six day stay. Crockery and utensils were provided as well as daily muffins and croissants. You can replenish your towels in the office. For someone used to staying in hotels, it was a unique experience. I would return and I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Weekend

Had a beautiful stay! Staff was amazing, rooms extraordinarily clean!!! Loved that. The croissants and muffins for breakfast a great touch. Fruit in the room, even better. Already booked another stay!!!!!
