I would never normally stay at a hotel of this caliber, but I was in town for Ryder Cup weekend and decided this was how I’d spend my money. Lesson learned — the hard way. The check-in area was absolutely disgusting — sticky counters, filthy floors, and a smell that hit me like a linebacker. When I got to my first room, I was genuinely afraid to walk on the carpet without shoes. I even had to kill a bug in the bathroom, which was the final straw. I switched rooms, thinking it couldn’t get worse… but it did. The “cleaner” room was falling apart: furniture broken, everything mismatched, and it looked like maintenance hadn’t visited since the early 2000s. Nothing about this place feels remotely comfortable or cared for. Please — for your sanity, safety, and sense of smell — do not stay here.

This property was not as all as the pictures showed! The room was dirty. There was a lot of booger type things on the walls along with other markings or spills. We killed at least 3 bugs in the 20 minutes we were there before we decided to find someplace else to go. The sheets weren’t clean, we pulled them back to find food in them. They also had stains on them and cigarette burns. The keycards wouldn’t open the door at all. The bathroom was very dirty and the mirror needs. To be replaced along with the bathtub. The veiling looks like it’s about to collapse and a big crack that has exposed dirty is falling from it. The place smells like a smokers paradise and feels like it hasn’t been washed in ages. The floor was also wet from something but couldn’t find the source.

Not such a great experience. The minute I walked into the room it felt old and dirty. No carpeting, no coffee maker, sunk in king mattress that squeaked every time you turned. They need to update the rooms.

Decent place BUT NO HELP FOR MISTAKES!

Have had multiple good stays here in the past but accidentally booked the wrong date for this trip and the hotel did absolutely NOTHING to help. Directed me to go to hotels.com to get a refund, but they were unable to contact the hotel to get the refund! A good place to stay as long as you don’t mistakenly book the wrong date……..

Terrible experience. The place was completely filthy. Do not sleep here. Underneath the mattress was grains of rice, dirt, and other unidentifiable mess. Their was a huge dead roach behind the night stand. The door was not secure to the wall. The room smelled horrible. I transfered to another room. It was better in comparison. I did have to lay a towel in the tub to take a shower. It was very run down. The pictures on the website ate very misleading.

Honestly it was really nice despite seeing the reviews I loved it! The shower worked really great the ac was really good everything was clean my microwave & fridge worked great & nobody bothered at all it was peaceful , beautiful room.
