The door on room #115 did not close properly lock was broken , upon checking we ask for another room , staff Maria was extremely rode, hung on on Expedia who was trying to get us. Refund, she wouldn’t talk to us, we didn’t stay and lost our money. For a whole week the manager still has yet to respond to messages or call us back!

I’ve probably not stayed in a worse hotel. The bed springs were coming through. The safe didn’t work. The bath didn’t drain very well so ended up with a lot of water during a shower There was ALOT of people hanging out the back of the hotel that were smoking drugs. The fire alarm went off one night for no reason in the middle of the night. The lift had error lights on. If there was anything positive was that the aircon worked albeit noisy. There was a working fridge and microwave and the room was serviced every day. Desperately in need of complete renovation.

Exactly what you’d expect for the price…

Beds were fine, not very comfortable. Floor was dirty, mold in the corners of the bathroom moulding. TV didn’t work. Smelled like dirty laundry throughout the whole place.

I wouldn't be as harsh in my rating if it wasn't for the fact I paid $200 for the night. The room has chipped paint and damaged furniture. The WiFi was too slow for me to effectively work on. The fridge on the coldest setting was barely above room temp so I threw away the dairy/egg products I had stored. Also, there was a piece of broken glass in my my room that stuck in my foot.
