The bathroom needed serious caulking around the shower head which was loose. The water kept going hot then cold. Heating unit extremely loud. The curtains didn’t close all the way. The beds were very uncomfortable.

All staff encountered were very polite & gracious. Hotel is okay. Room & public areas very clean. However, needs to be refurbished. Carpets are threadbare or ripped. Cushioned chairs in room were stained. Outside lighting could use improvement and potholes in driveway need repair.

Room walls had stains, carpet had stains, curtains had stains it was just an overall bad quality room that I traveled from Virginia for and reached there at night so I just had to deal with it although it was gross I was already too tired to search another hotel and travel to it.

The first room we were in had spiderwebs and dirt in the refrigerator. The second room we were moved to had a half a bagel on the side of the bed. Blood on the toilet seat and in the shower. The remote didn’t work cut the tv off and on. The microwave was broken. I called front desk the first day about the microwave and no one came. I called the second day and Cassandra told me she was gonna put in a work order. The third day still no one showed up until I called. Then the maintenance man comes and tells me that the microwave is child proof but it was broken before we got the room. Then I told him about the tv and WiFi. He said “ there’s no WiFi you would be lucky to get Netflix or YouTube “. Very unprofessional. Then I get a call about to many people in the room. I was told to book another room. I feel like it’s because of the complaints. We just checked out. They didn’t want to give us 3 day refund. They only gave us the 2 days we had left. Very unfair and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel.

The employees were nice and friendly. Breakfast was poor with only two types of cereal, bagels or toast available. Coffee was low or empty most mornings. The carpeting throughout the hotel was filthy and stained and the carpeting in our room was torn and shredded. At least the linins were clean.

The carpet was really dirty and you can just tell the room needs maintenance also I call the front desk because we need it a crib they never answer the phone until I when downstairs and the guy had me bring the crib up to my room we are paying is not a free stay .

Potential guests should be told that the hotel also is a "section 8" residence. The interior is not maintained or cleaned regularly. Never again will we stay at ANY La Quinta

We booked a room with a sofabed but when we checked in it was missing. The front desk staff was very accomodating and brought us a sofabed from another room. The sofabed was very broken. The biggest issue was the wifi, it was unuseable. Once logged into the wifi we were unable to access the internet from any devices. We were located on the first floor very near to the lobby, so I imagine we were close to the router. We could not access any streaming services via the tv or any devices, i could not even access google from my laptop.
