The lobby is very pretty & inviting, the room I had was a clean. The room I had was a bit dark furniture is very dated. No bottled water in the room for guest and they did not do room services the next day when I arrived, which I found strange but it’s possible I had to ask for it to be done? But overall it was good.

I’ve stayed here before and it was always great and understand they are under construction I asked for a first floor room but they were none they gave me a room On the second floor close to the elevator and let me check in early which was wonderful and why I didn’t say anything about the room but it was pretty nasty the furniture was stained and beat up and there were ANTS on the nightstand super disappointed

Very disappointed in this room. Smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, lamp is broken and fell on me, coffee machine did not work, bathroom sink all clogged up, internet would not connect, bathtub fixtures rusty and cracked. I want My money back. Went to another hotel across the street. For the next two nights.
