I had a very good experience at this hotel. I was greeted warmly when checking in. I was asked if I needed anything to assist me. And given a choice of rooms. The accessible room was available. The property looks newly renovated. The room was big and the bathroom was very clean and had all the amenities. I look forward to staying here when visiting family!

The only positive was the staff. I had no idea before booking that this hotel also functions as a homeless shelter. There were soooo many dogs that at first I thought was a convention of some sort. I chose the hotel because of the Hilton reputation but this was unsafe, Run down and dumpy!

Room was big and spacious. Would have been a great stay but the room wasn’t clean. There was hair on the towels/shower and bed. (We didn’t make a fuss bc it was only an overnight stay).

On my second day at the Hilton Garden there was a plumbing problem We were awakened at 10 PM. \Where the technician disconnected the drain under bathroom sink. When he snaked out the pipe dirty water flooded the bathroom and foyer floors. My brother and I were sleeping and then moved to another room on the same floor. The next day we were told by an assistant manager we would be comped the one night . her name was Lillian. We were told because we booked though Hotels.com they would explain to you about the comping. When Hotels.com tried to get this straightened out they could not speak to the management to verify claim and monies that should be refunded to us. I don't travel much so a voucher by Hotels.com would do me any good. I hope your offices can get me my money. Thank you in advance Larry

Stayed overnight for NYE. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated. Room was clean and very comfortable. Parking has a small fee, breakfast is another fee. Complimentary beverages ( tea, coffee, cocoa) only for a couple hours - ended before 11am which was weird to me. Also - my floor smelled of marijuana pretty strongly for a non smoking establishment. I know this is difficult to control, but it was very overwhelming. Glad I couldn’t smell it in my room. Overall a very pretty and convenient hotel that I would stay at again.
