Had to get a new room after settling into our first one due to no Wifi service and TV not getting all channels. Someone was sent to room to fix it but could not ....had to call front desk again to get them to change our room. Poor communication with staff

Good beds. Hot water. Coffee was awful. Limited breakfast bar indicated in the ad I saw ( pastries etc). No breakfast bar at all. I would have paid more to stay somewhere better. Don’t appreciate the $100.00 extra deposit. Windym Hotels should reconsider putting their name on this old motel.

I was in town for the Ryder Cup and asked about an early check in since I arrived at 11:45. Guy checking me in said it would be $75. I agreed and handed him my card but he said it is cash only, the computer wouldn’t allow him to do it. I was expensing the trip and explained I had to use a card but he insisted cash was the only option.

Hotel needed a refresh of carpet paint and the breakfast was a coffee and a nutrigrain bar. The parking lot was not safely properly lined the outside lights shone in the rooms windows.

Clean and quiet

If you need a clean and quiet motel, this place fits the bill. Nothing fancy but it is not a run down motel. It is kept in good condition with obvious remodeling going on.

This property is currently doing renovation on their property. Staff apologized for any inconvenience and wants to improve on their appearance. I still had a comfortable stay and was able to rest as i always do.
