From the moment I arrive to the moment I left, it’s was terrible. First they don’t have an elevator so if you have a lot of stuff with you it’s a nightmare. The room was also terrible. The toilet seat was broke, the microwave would not open. Spent 30 minutes trying to turn the tv on, the 4 foot by 4 foot bathrooms walls were disgusting, the heater was so loud and old that every time it turned on it woke us up, and the worst part was the room key didn’t work 4 times because they need an upgrade but they said it won’t ever happen! I spent over $200 for the room and it was a horrible experience. Told the front desk guy as I was checking out…he couldn’t care less. As a platinum member of Expedia that travels everywhere, this was the worst. If this hotel was $50 a night, it would have been ok. The only good thing was the Joeys black and white cookie they had got breakfast.

I enjoyed the quietness after coming back from meetings all day. Coffee available in room and in the lobby at all times (for me a must). Staff was available & friendly to answer all my questions especially coming from out of town. Uber easily and readily available to take me anywhere in a moments notice. My room was well maintained clean at all times. Couldn’t ask for more for a couple of nights stay on business.
