My husband and I took a quick overnight trip in Greenport for our anniversary. Hotel was great for us, we had a beautiful room, pet friendly, we had our dog with us. It was just after Labor Day so the town was very quiet.

The most annoying check-in ever. Stayed one night but was obligated to download an app, create an account, photograph my ID, log in, wait for text messages before I could access my room. All so the hotel could save money on employing a person. This is supposed to be hospitality?
