Very disappointing. When someone is paying for a service, making the situation right should be the priority. Unfortunately, our experience was largely ignored. The microwave, heater, and coffee pot were all not working our first night, which is not acceptable for a paying guest. We expected basic amenities to be functional, and this fell well short of that expectation.

Check in was a breeze super easy, friendly, and informative. Was given all my check in papers with info, fees, room key code etc. Room was on the next block down in another building in the back of the hotel. We stayed in Dec/ Jan. Room was clean and in good condition. With walking distance to tons of stuff. For the price for 3 nights it was a comfortable stay. Couple things, we stayed in rm C36, the bathroom fan either didn’t work, or there wasn’t one, but there was panel by the light switch it blinked green then would go back to red when we tried messing with it? Blown fuse?? Unsure, but not enough to really complain about to the office, bathroom got pretty steamy and damp. Also the room was extremely cold when we entered and took quiet awhile to heat up, It has ONE wall heater for the whole place, this is a 2 bedroom with small kitchen. The rooms both had small vents that are hooked to what we thought was a heating control but it just turn on this aggressively loud fan that sucks/ pulls in the heat from the living room into the rooms (does nothing but make noise honestly) , again only one main wall heater for the whole unit………over all we did enjoy our quiet little stay here, once it warmed up it was easy to keep warm. The other issues I think are minor though, just bring extra blankets! We really enjoyed it here and plan on a summer trip.

We booked the suite for a 2 night stay. It was so spacious and clean. Kitchen was huge and came with all dishes needed. Noise level was minimal (we stayed in December so that could change with the tourist season). Bedroom was pretty big and had nice furniture. Bed was not the most comfortable. Pillows were ok. The comfort level wasn’t bad enough to not stay here again, we definitely would. Coffee/hot cocoa bar down in the lobby was nice. Side note… The Lost Roo restaurant down the road had great food.

Good location. Bed are comfortable, pillows suck. Takes forever to get any hot water and the cleaning crew needs to take more time making sure stuff is actually cleaned. The couch and chair in the living room area were stained so bad, under the cushions filled with candy and popcorn. Handprints on the TV. Floor was filthy, don’t walk around without socks and then look at your feet. Stayed in a family suite- 2 bedrooms facing Oregon way. Maybe have the heat tuned on if you’re expecting guests, the room was like an icebox when we arrived. Microwave handle was broken, no adequate lighting in the kitchen area. Overall, it was ok. We would probably stay again just because of the location.
