I went to this city for work, booked this hotel, called to let them know that I would be arriving later than 8 pm, I called, no one picked up, I wrote a message, no one answered either, as a result, I was unable to register and was unable to check in, to this day the hotel has not contacted me and is not responding, they are not returning the money! Therefore, I will file a complaint with the State!

The tv didn’t work,the first night they offered us a different room but we wanted that room to be able to see the fireworks. I asked about the tv and they answered it they thought it had been fixed. We missed out on seeing the ball drop at Times Square And the Rose Parade on Bee years day.,

The room was clean and had plenty of towels and soap. The front desk lady was extremely sweet and we ended up talking for awhile! It was a breezy evening and it felt like the building would blow away. I opened the windows slightly in my room and boy I swore the window would come crashing in. That’s my biggest worry for the hotel is the infrastructure. Everything else went well. I was debating between two hotels though and chose yours for the breakfast….well theres muffins….so that could be improved upon also or iterated differently
