Smoking & Vaping is not permitted inside the property or on patios/balconies as smoke travels into other units.  You may smoke away from the building and in car park area.



It is recommended that all guests take out travel insurance to cover against medical emergencies, potential cancellation, any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property or flight changes etc

1500 Euros Credit Card Charge Authorization/Security Deposit will be requested upon arrival. Applicable refunds will be credited 14 days after departure.
