Smoking is permitted on the patio, JUST not inside the villa. You may smoke away from the building and in car park area.

It is recommended that all guests take out travel insurance to cover against medical emergencies, potential cancellation, any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property or flight changes etc.

Security deposit
Upon arrival, 1500 Euros Credit Card Charge Authorization/Security Deposit will be requested. Applicable refunds will be credited 3-5 days after departure.
