Temho um filho autista e solicitei que liberasse o cartão de acesso ao quarto para que ele pudesse ficar calmo, que eu ficaria fazendo o restante do procedimento de check-in. Além de ignorar meu pedido, foi irônica e ignorou a legislacao que prevê atendimento prioritário, me expondo diante de outros hóspedes que estavam no balcão.
