As a foreigner, I was a bit confused by the condo hotel concept. The description only said that a restaurant was on site, but the front desk did not make it clear that breakfast was included. I did not find out until I decided to treat myself and was told that my voucher was at the reception. But there are lovely bakeries within walking distance, so I was not too disappointed. Also, no one told me to scan the code on the wall for more information on particulars. Knowing all of this now, I might be tempted to look elsewhere. But it is really clean and comfortable for those who know the area and what to expect.

A senhora recepcionista foi extremamente antipatica; a banheira estava muito suja; o flat apresentou algum problema em relação a água, pois o sanitário dava descarga sozinha fazendo muito barulho durante a noite inteira. Praticamente não consegui dormir devido ao barulho dos encanamentos.

Cheiro muito forte de cigarro (apesar de ser um quarto para não fumantes). Quarto estava sujo, com muita poeira acumulada, chão grudando. Banheira estava preta, o box engordurado de sabão. Havia uma esponja e um detergente na cozinha, novos, e estavam disponíveis vassoura e pá. Usamos para limpar o apartamento, estávamos com 2 crianças de 2 e 3 anos. Foram compartilhadas todas as informações com o anfitrião, que fez pouco caso (apenas respondia às mensagens com "Feliz Natal"). Constava limpeza diária no anúncio, não foi realizada. Enfim, o potencial é enorme, o apartamento é excelente, os comentários de outros hóspedes são bons, o hotel é bem localizado, café da manhã espetacular, mas não tivemos uma boa experiência, talvez por termos ficado nos dias de Natal...
