O hotel tem uma recepção quase na esquina de rua muito movimentada. Não é possível estacionar. Há um estacionamento conveniado a uns 50 metros, de lá os hóspedes têm que se virar com as malas, sem segurança e se estiver chovendo, se molhando. O quarto 31 fica colado a uma área onde estão instalados os equipamentos de ar condicionado de vários quartos, é muito barulho o tempo todo. Evite as sextas-feiras, mais de R$400,00 a diária não é compatível com as instalações do hotel.

O quarto era limpo, os móveis eram novos, a cama confortável. O banheiro tinha problema na porta, na porta do box e vazamento. A equipe de funcionários era cordial e solícita. Destaque para a Vera e para a Dani, da cozinha, muito simpáticas e atenciosas. O café da manhã era muito bom, os produtos bem frescos e os itens de panificação feitos lá mesmo. O ar-condicionado funcionou bem o tempo todo. O estacionamento era conveniado e bem próximo ao hotel.

Quarto limpo, lençóis limpos e cheirosos. Não lembro o nome da funcionária que atendeu no café, mas muito simpática e contou a história do hotel que me deixou muito feliz com o recomeço de uma história familiar que vem sendo desempenhada por dois jovens. O custo benefício é muito bom e eu avisei a funcionária que ia avaliar bem, mas que ela falasse para os proprietários que não exagere no preço quando estiverem bem avaliados, pois Londrina tem vários hotéis e já fiquei em vários, mas o Varsóvia foi melhor que já fiquei. Super indico.
