Hotel is quite old but clean and comfortable. Room service was good but food ok. Reason for rating is because pool was closed. We booked this hotel specifically to have pool for our kid, and was a big disappointment it was closed for maintenance

The location is very convenient for walking. I was caught by surprise when they told me that they would charge me extra to have my friend come up to my room if the visit lasted longer than 15 minutes. Also, they were going to charge me extra to use their bottle opener since i was not drinking the wine provided by the property. The breakfast was excellent.

O quarto é extremamente limpo. A equipe de limpeza passava diariamente no meu quarto e esse tipo de cuidado faz toda a diferença. O pessoal da recepção sempre muito atencioso. O cafezinho na entrada é um toque de carinho. Minha nota geral é um 9,8 por dois motivos, o primeiro é que o quarto era um pouco escuro. A iluminação pode ser melhor, principalmente no primeiro ambiente. E o pessoal que cuida do café da manhã, geralmente não dão bom dia, eles simplesmente retiram a louça da mesa e pronto e foi assim todos os dias. Eu como bom carioca, gosto da cordialidade e dar bom dia e boa tarde para todas as pessoas.
