Easy to miss the entrance. Hotel is clean but a bit in need of a "spruce up". Some of the staff are friendlier than others. A great asset to the hotel is the barman Martin in the snug bar he is a pleasant jovial man. There are plenty of attractions nearby. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

At reception Christine was very friendly and even gave us an upgrade. The hotel was very good value. We didn't have breakfast but did have an evening meal, which was excellent. All the staff have time to chat and gave us some useful info about visiting the city. Will definitely return.

Unfortunately our flight was cancelled on first night so missed out on one night stay , room was lovely, breakfast was great with good choice . I had a great stay here while I was visiting my mother who is receiving palliative care in a local care home. The staff at the watetfoot were very kind and caring and it was lovely to have a nice room to stay in after long days with my mother. I must say that the shower in my room was brilliant.
