Very central location, close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable with Mark's and Spencer toiletries, Breakfast was cereals, toast, yoghurt, fruit and plenty of different jams, peanut butter, marmalade etc, Tea and Coffee, which was fine for us. Kieran the owner was really friendly and helpful.

Room was amazing and the place had such a personality - in such a good location overall, SO close the everything. The gentleman who worked there served us such lovely coffee and breakfast in the morning. 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming to Derry!

Kieran, the owner of the property is amazing. He runs a great B&B and it is welcoming and cozy. He’s like an uncle that welcomes you into his home and makes you feel special at every step. The only thing I would note and this is not a criticism is that there is no lift in the building for those that require one. I would stay here again if in Derry and will recommend it to anyone!

Our stay was amazing! The location is wonderful, in the heart of the city and right beside the wall. The host is genuinely great and he made our stay very comfortable, always having an amazing breakfast in the mornings. Thank you for making our trip here as beautiful as it was!

Nice period accomodation right by Derry city walls. Decent breakfast provided also. Plenty of eating and entertainment options close by, no parking on site but plenty of cheap overnight options near by. Would recommend for a short stay in Derry.

Fantastic location just outside the walls. Our room had great view of the city walls. Comfortable room, lovely breakfast. Easy to check in and out. Very recommended!
