Poor lighting in the bedrooms. One of the double mattress sank in the middle. Plug in the bathroom sink,wouldn't stay down. Outside areas dirty and drab. No seating. No plants no garden. Building site next door. Fire alarm went off on Thursday evening. Tried ringing 2 numbers that we had, with no joy. So another holiday guest rang the fire brigade. Could not contral the central heating. Shower was not suitable for us. As there was no shower mat or grab rails. No coat hangers or bathroom hangers for towels or clothing.

A beautiful big apartment with all you need for a great stay in Derry, 10 minutes walk to the centre, a very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and beautifully decorated. Breakfast also offered. I would highly recommend

A Wonderful Stay at the Crawford Apartment

We really enjoyed staying at the Crawford Apartment. The kitchen was well appointed for a rental and the beds were comfortable. The main issue we had was that the weather turned very hot and there wasn’t any way to turn down the heat, as it was controlled remotely. We were given a number to call but realized belatedly that we didn’t have a phone plan that allowed us to call in the UK. Our email requests through Hotels.com didn’t get answered, if they even got through to the Crawford owners. A small detail and more of a suggestion because the apartment is wonderfully decorated, but it would be nice to have some more hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom. When I asked for a clotheshorse to hang laundry, it was delivered immediately. So thank you on that! One last thing for anyone considering the apartment, it is on the side of a hill and this requires a bit of a long climb back uphill when you return. We didn’t have any trouble but I am just letting any future renters know. The parking is easy and plentiful. Overall, we would recommend the Crawford as a great place to stay.

Great apartment 15 minutes walk away from the center of Derry. Appartement was well decorated, with lots of space and cleanliness was outstanding. Check-in, check out process was seamless. Wish we would have stayed longer.
