This is a really nice hotel! The location is walkable to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and other great sights. The room we had was lovely. Having the Pub downstairs was so convenient and the food was very good. Breakfast in the Pub was great, well worth adding to your stay.

Spacious room, toiletries, bath robe, tea and coffee in the room with some biscuits. Minutes walking to main attractions, we even walked to SoHo, but that one was a longer walk. A very good bar next door. Not for a night life goers, pretty calm at night time. Love the hotel, would stay again and recommend.

I booked this hotel at the last minute, and it exceeded all my expectations. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was immaculate, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both the bar and restaurant were fantastic. The breakfast was outstanding and, even better, included in the price. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to explore London. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and attractive. Mini fridge, coffee/tea, and snacks came in handy. Breakfast was fabulous! Wish I stayed long enough to try everything on the menu. All staff members were pleasant and helpful. The Westminster location was fantastic. We were able to walk to many attractions and the tube was next door for farther trips.

Wow close to every major attraction. Rode london eye, toured weatminster abbey, churchill war tunnels, saw big ben, st james park, clanging of guard, rode in black cab. Staff helpful. Short 12.dollar taxi to Victoria coach station to get go cruise port. Free breakfast good. Also saw queen Victoria memorial. Saw all this in 2 days pre british isles cruise. Great pub downstairs.

A favourite of mine in Westminster. Rooms are gorgeous with ample space and very comfy beds and nice shower. Breakfast is fantastic and eggs cooked as you wish. Lots on offer for gluten free and lactose free. Always recommend this hotel and always choose to stay here when I need easy access to this area.

Perfect location and very friendly staff. The hotel does not have a lobby, so if you want to spend time outside your room, you’ll need to use the pub on the ground floor, where you can enjoy a drink or a meal. A very good breakfast is also served there. Our room was next to the elevator, which was quite noisy, especially early in the morning. I would not recommend accepting a room in that location. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We stayed in July, and the price was quite high, likely due to both the excellent location and the peak tourist season.
