I try to stay at the Montague whenever I'm in London and no matter how long it is between visits I'm greeted and treated like a valued guest. The staff is helpful and always at the ready. There's an understated luxury about the Carnation hotels and a sense of welcomeness that makes it feel like home away from home. And the location is wonderful.
