The hotel was outstanding on every level including the front desk, meal and drink services, bell men, concierge services, housekeeping, etc. We had especially outstanding service from the concierge desk by Sean and Matthew. They were invaluable in helping us make reservations and plan our daily excursions. The location of the hotel is close to many of London's historical attractions, yet on a quiet street. We will definately stay at The Goring on our next visit to London and highly recommend this amazing hotel.

The problem was that I couldn’t see the television from my chair because it was set in a cupboard so for a full view I had to sit on the bed. This was an executive room. Also there was no minibar, they were saved for the suites. Even basic hotels have a minibar. It’s not always convenient to call room service. Having said this I stayed for 5 days and was sad to leave. Service perfect, hotel lovely. Just the room, small for the price. Russell, UK.
