A round dining table for two sits beside the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, hob, under-counter fridge, and integrated dishwasher. The adjoining bathroom is finished with refined tiling and features a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.

A set of fixed wooden steps leads to the mezzanine level, where a double bed and bedside shelf create a private sleeping space. Wardrobe and drawer storage are located below, ensuring the layout remains open and uncluttered.

Tall windows, natural light, and a neutral palette enhance the sense of calm, while wooden floors, open shelving, and soft greenery bring warmth and texture throughout. Please note: the mezzanine ceiling height is reduced, making this area best suited for sleeping only.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
