Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lifts were strange set up and did not feel very secure. Also we could not do any extra manual lock on the room door internally so felt weird that anyone lock savvy or any hotel staff with a master key could enter the room. We were a woman and teenage girl traveling and room and premises did not feel comfortably secure. We managed for one night but unlikely to repeat.
The room was extremely clean but the only issue is that it is a little rundown for example my shower door doesn’t close properly and as a result all the water leaks out. Secondly they give you absolutely no bathroom amenities you need and if you ask for it they would either take too long or not give it at all. But the hotel is very centrally located
This was a great location in Central London. The reception staff were excellent, the bar staff not so much. I always hate it when I see a lot of staff standing around doing very little and I'm waiting to order.
The room was bigger than I've come to expect in London and very nice.
Check in was smooth and easy. Staff are friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed for one night and decided to eat in the restaurant.
The meal was disappointing, I ordered the steak and I struggled to cut it even with a steak knife so could only eat 1/3 of my meal. I think I may have been unlucky with my meal. Staff were polite, professional and friendly when dealing with my complaint. The staff have made the stay pleasant and relaxing. Overall I have had a good experience and would stay at the hotel again.
This was a last-minute booking for me and 2 friends as our host to where we booked cancelled at the last minute so I would recommend this hotel everything you needed was there will come back again
