Decent little stay

Good location, decent food in the pub. 2 second walk to Balham station with direct trains to Victoria and Clapham as well as the tube. Only downside was its a bit noisy on a weekend as they have a literal nightclub and pub below but wasn’t bad enough to not sleep.
