Enjoy London living in this light filled and luxurious 3 bed property which has been finished to a very high standard.
The property is laid out over 3 floors, with living spaces in the middle floor and bedrooms located on the top floor.
A lovely mix of old and new, this Victorian property has recently been renovated so all fixtures and fittings are new, but you will find old London charm in the original floorboards, high ceilings and period features.
The living room is comfortable and colourful, with a nest of side tables for your cups of tea, and a large 60 inch TV to enjoy your favourite movies with your friends or family. Netflix & Amazon Prime are included during your stay. We also have board games and books for your enjoyment.
The kitchen has a slight nordic feel, and is fully equipped with baking trays, kitchen untensils, crockery & cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, hob & microwave. There is a built in fridge & freezer. The kitchen has a lovely view overlooking the hill and the dining table has seating for 6.
There is only 1 bathroom in the property, but you will pleased to know it's a spacious bathroom! There is a double vanity unit, with x 2 wash basins and marble countertop, toilet, and large 800mm bath. The bath mixer tap has a shower hose in case you prefer to have a shower. For your comfort on those winter nights there is underfloor heating in the floor.
In the first floor hallway, around the corner you will find a quirky little nook that houses a dark green work-from-home station! For those who need to work during their stay, there is fast wifi in the apartment. There is another permanent work desk in one bedroom upstairs and we can provide additional desks in the other 2 bedrooms on request.
The 3 bedrooms have been lovingly decorated with lovely herringbone sisal carpet and bespoke headboards. There are plenty of pillows and cushions to prop you up for reading & relaxing. The master bedroom has ample storage and a walk-in wardrobe & dressing room. It also has a large 50 inch TV directly opposite the bed for cosy movie nights with your loved one. The other 2 rooms have small clothes rails to hang clothes on. Together there are x2 kingsize beds and x1 double bed sleeping a total of 6 people.
There is a large full length mirror on the top floor landing.
The private garden is the biggest garden on the street and in a secluded location at the end of a no-through road. There is no busy traffic on the street so it is incredibly peaceful in the summer and like a little oasis in the middle of busy London! As the area is a conservation area, it also very leafy and benefits from lots of old trees so there is plenty of shade in the garden for relaxing on very hot days. We provide outdoor blankets during the summer for relaxing or picnics in the garden, and there are small chairs and a small table also.

*The property is filled with natural light, but all windows have been fitted with either roller blinds or curtains.
