My husband and I stayed for one night after arriving in London and it was a beautiful treat! The building has been meticulously updated and spotless. Everything about our room was perfect - the bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and beautifully appointed throughout. We spent a little time in the Melody Whiskey Bar, which is right inside the hotel itself. Breakfast was included in our rate, and there was both an a la carte menu and continental buffet - all delicious. While I don’t think the space would have been big enough for an extended stay (with the luggage we had), it was perfect for our introduction to London!

Wonderful hotel, great location, not easy to find if walking from Hammersmith tube, the Hotel is inside St Paul’s Park, no signs indicating it’s there until you walk past the park to the other side of the hotel, the bar sadly closed at 10 pm, would have been nice to have a drink on return from our evening out. The room was perfect for our needs, bed very comfy, great shower too, we didn’t have breakfast as not fans of continental. Staff helpful and friendly, we’d definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Hammersmith. It was clean, the staff were exceptional and the room was fabulous. It is in a lovely old building with gardens. They had the Christmas decorations up whilst I was there and it was really lovely. I've been to London a lot and this hotel was definitely in my favourites, I would love to stay there again.

We loved this hotel! It was in a neighborhood close to both the Tube and bus line so we easily got around. The rooms are small but fully functional and contained everything needed for a great stay. The breakfast included both a continental option as well as a hot option you could order. Service was great!

This place was 💯 the staff, cleanliness, rooms, food everything. Especially Sam he was such a delightful staff member not only assisting us with our ac in our room but he also let my daughter borrow his umbrella before we were able to get one on our visit. Thanks again Sam!

The entire experience was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure i had a great stay. The room was just right, and had the perfect mix of old and new. They were decorating for Chelristmas when i arrived, and it was beautiful, not overly done. Very warm and inviting atmosphere. Comfy and the bus stop was right across the street with the train just a couple of blocks away.
The lounge has a wide array of whiskey.
