We did not receive the code to the key box beforehand, and when we came to the apartment they were impossible to contact. We tried calling them several times and stood outside in the rain for over one hour. When hotels.com finally reached them, they gave us the keys to another apartment which was already occupied by other guests. We were lucky someone came to clean so they could let us in the correct apartment.
