The room is something you would expect in a “residence inn” with a full kitchen. Our booking also included a full buffet breakfast, free laundry and a decent gym facility. The hotel is located in the Bermondsey area, near the Borough Market, the Shard, South Bank promenade, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the bus and subway lines are so easy to get to.

The standard room is a bit tight with a long, thin layout but wonderfully stocked if you want to make any meals for yourself. The hotel breakfast is very good. The location is in a great area but it's a bit of a walk to the nearest Tube. We really enjoyed our stay but it might not be ideal for a first time visitor.

The hotel was well located and the staff were great. Unfortunately the air-conditioning in the room was not operating correctly meaning a very warm room and not a great sleep. We were staying at the hotel with 2 other couples and all 3 rooms had the same air-conditioning issues so not isolated to specific rooms.
