Bathroom was dirty, I paid extra for executive room with mini fridge and after the staff sarcastically reassured me that my room came with a fridge, turns out there was no fridge. When asked for a fridge the same receptionist said none available.

The room were so bad that Chris did not stay at the hotel. There were holes in the walls, the rooms stank of cigarettes. Appalling, i have asked for a full refund

Absolutely grim. This is basically a truckers hotel. Corridors smelt of weed, rooms are basic, breakfast was really poor.

Very nice place to stay it's comfortable the staff members are all nice, hands down I would recommend and stay there again. Its right off the M1 easy on easy off. Watford is just around the corner. London is a stone throw away. I wish they would include parking for hotel guests, then it would be a home run. The breakfast is really good they even cook your eggs on a request any style.

A run of the mill experience. Basic at reception without special hospitality and very basic restaurant and bar service. Staff delivering a meal with no cutlery and no wine information etc etc. No information on how to operate room heating, no menu in the room. Very basic but comfortable.

Room smelt Mouldy . and bathroom had Mould and dirt all over the place. Room was very cold after telling reception that it was freezing i was told to turn up the heating and it would eventually warm up but it didn't. So me and my children had to result in sleeping in the same bed with coats on. We stayed for 2 days the next day i told hotel that it was still cold and told them i had to put the shower on for some heat they apologised and offered me a free breakfast. But didn't resolve the issue. When returned to my room after a long day and went back to are room it hadn't been cleaned and the room was still very cold this was extremely upsetting. So i had to get towels. From reception. And i was told i needed to ask for my room to be cleaned which ive never heard of before. On the first night i asked for my room to be changed because of the bed for the children where on the floor and wasn't single bed. It was more like a mattress was on

we entered the room and it had a strong pungent smell of mould, reception did swap rooms for me, which was better but in need of some works doing to the rooms. SHABBY.
