This hotel was well located for Heathrow T5, with an easy walk to a TfL bus stop. We found the room itself to be pleasant, however did have an issue with our key card not working at first. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. However, soundproofing was a real let down (on a Wednesday night!) and we had to play white noise to dampen it.
Clean and spacious room but staff had limited English as first language, bar staff communicated with each other in Indian. Drinks and food limited and expensive, service charge included without notification - overall disappointing for a top London hotel

It was a fantastic hotel minus the 7 pound charge to bring room service to my room! That's double in AU! I didnt get a chance to relax after my swim & had to wait around my room in wet clothes/hair to go down & collect my pizza.
Staff were either unhelpful or MIA. No snacks to buy other than meals in the two over priced restaurants. The pool was really badly lit, as a solo female swimmer it didn’t feel safe and really bad signage to even get to it in the first place. Definitely won ’t stay again. Oh, and no one answers the phone on reception and it took 20 mins to check in as the online version wasn’t working once I got there.
Booked double room and got a twin room. Dreadful service at the bar (Morrison was the one that gave me my drinks- service was that bad I asked for the service charge to be removed and with that came attitude).
Lights flicking above curtains. Bedside lamp damaged next to bed.
