The breakfast was great big selection of both hot or continental options and the staff in the restaurant were brilliant. Hotel is in a great central location for everything. The room was wonderful and in a great location. Close to 3 underground stations and walking distance to many restaurants and pubs. The room has soundproof windows so it was quiet. The bathroom even has a towel warmer! Staff was friendly and helpful. The problem was the WiFi and television service kept going out. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.
