We had a lovely welcome on reception at arrival. The hotel was clean, spacious and modern. The receptionist gave us a free upgrade to our room and two free drinks to enjoy from the bar. It really made us feel welcomed and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for walking to Oxford Street for shopping and theatres on the door step. The breakfast was very good. I'd definitely book again.

The breakfast was great big selection of both hot or continental options and the staff in the restaurant were brilliant. Hotel is in a great central location for everything. This hotel was a great place to stay In London. Great location for the theatre district! The staff was extremely helpful as my husband had trouble with walking and balance.. they helped me with luggage. We had a nice room near the elevator. Would stay there again!

The room we finally got was lovely. We booked a deluxe king. Some female desk clerk tried o give us a TINY queen. After a "discussion" with a manager, we got our room. Of the 2 elevators - one was never working. Clean room. Nice breakfast. Great location.
