- This home is located on the lower ground floor and there are stairs to access the entrance door from street level. There is limited phone reception inside this home. There is no door between the master bedroom and the ensuite. There is no permanent hanging space in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage. This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information. There is scaffolding up on a neighbouring home. Some noise may be heard from inside the home.
