It was a great hotel. Staff was really friendly, and helped with whatever you needed. Location was amazing, we could to go the tourist areas by foot. The room was nice and cozy. Just fyi, be careful with the tub it is slippery. Overall amazing experience, great hospitality, would 100% recommend, and fs go back.

The location for us was outstanding. The lady who checked us in, was very kind and welcoming noticing that we were very tired. She put a give us a very nice room and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I can say is it’s getting a little bit old needs a little bit of an update.

With an 8 night stay you still have to request to have your room cleaned. Location is great. Rooms are fine. Every time I book through Expedia I swear I won’t again due to room location. This time I mean it. Our room was floor 1 (not to be confused with floor 0, ground floor). At the exact right height for those on double decker buses to look right in.

staff very pleasant and helpful great location re landmarks and restaurants and shopping and tube station all in walking distance room itself very small w bed comfortable but tub super tall, hard to get in/out of shower and no place but the floor to open/spread out my suitcase/things. and IDK if it was cause I booked online vs direct but I had a beautiful view of....... a brick wall. literally 6" away. felt kinda claustrophobic ....kinda room that should only be used when the hotel is totally full, which it was not.

Wonderful 5 night stay. Hotel is very close to Waterloo Tube and shopping arcade, and Westminster Bridge and many bus stops. Huge room in old hospital wing part of hotel. Everything was just right. Will stay here again soon.
