This is a great place to stay and the breakfast is great. It is close to the St. Pancras station and Kings Cross tube. We were unable to stay the full time we reserved - and the management did not give us a credit. I know there are policies in place but we tried to get a credit (not a refund) due to a family medical issue. Expedia did their best to see if we could get a credit. So, although the place is great, they didn't seem very amenable to providing support.

I chose the hotel for its proximity to St. Pancraz Station and King's Cross Station for early morning EuroStar to Paris and early morning train to Edinburgh. Grateful that I did as public transport was on strike during our visit so we could simply take a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The evening food server was not very accommodating for a simple request and the cost of 2 mediocre brownies was nearly $20 USD. Overall clean, modern, great location, very happy with our stay.

Great convenient location. Nice, clean hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. The manager was not hugely helpful and his staff were running themselves ragged! Restaurant was understaffed and the food was average. Terrible cocktails.

When we checked in, or should i say tried to check in, their was NO record of our booking. Reception was not helpful, so excepting the worst, then suddenly three rooms were available. We had this also at Premier Inn Manchester, but this was quickly resolved by their management staff.

From the USA a family of 4 with 2 kids and this hotel was a great first stop on our trip. Alex from Romania was such a pleasure to see each day. He made check in an out simple and fast. The room was spacious and clean. The area was very close to the tube. I highly recommend.

it was a very pleasant surprise. very clean and safe. good size room with amenities. walkable to the train stations kings cross and pancras so great connectivity. worked out really well. and great value. would definitely recommend.

Service was not up to mark as I asked multiple time for room cleaning and looks like there was no cordination between reception and cleaning staff. There is no phone option in room to call for reception. Otherwise it was okay.
