Our stay was wonderful. Clean room, friendly staff and great breakfast. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. Luckily only had rude neighbors one night. Highly recommend this budget hotel!

Overall stay was ok , except the day we were checked in , the person who checked us was not very helpful. I requested for internet service she told us it’s free . I was not able to get that i requested again because i was getting the page again and again that I have to pay. She stated are you from India , instead of helping me. After few mins she helped us finally , when I guess can be done earlier. When we were having breakfast on Saturday the lady was very nice she told me she is New and getting training , she was able to provide us GF bread as one of our family member was allergic, I was really thank ful for that.

The Bed was comfortable. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. I did not like that there was no dressers or draws to put your clothes away and no extra hangers were available for any rooms

Breakfast was ok for one day but I would not recommend for more days. The room was not clean properly, the carpet was dirty, the shower drain was clogged up with hair. Hotel doesn’t clean the room unless you specifically ask for it and every day you have to add it to the list. Location is excellent but I would not recommend this Hotel

The staff here made the stay so enjoyable. They are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good and so convenient when traveling with a toddler. The location being close to the tube station was also a huge plus.

A good quality hotel for a family of four. Once the three beds were set up there isn't much room to move around, but if you're only sleeping there it's fine. Comfortable beds and great air-conditioning made it very comfortable room to sleep. The only complaint I would have is that the shower failed to drain properly so after a short shower you were standing in your dirty water to above your feet, and certain parts of the room clearly hadn't been cleaned or dusted.

Staff were very nice and attentive. Breakfast always cooked fresh. Location is very connected. Only negative is if your room is on the annex, it is a maze getting to it.

Short walk to the tube station. This property is not airconditioned. So the room was hot even in the nights. I had to open the windows, however, the noise from some type of equipment from the outside limited the ability to have a good night sleep. Plus, the District line runs above ground right outside of the hotel at the Earl's Court station. This is a very frequent train. The only saving grace it that is stops running about 1:00pm.

Worst experience of my life. We arrived early, and were immediately told to come back later because “you’re here too early and we are booked”. Not hello, not welcome to Premier Inn, but “come back later”. Elizabeth the receptionist was absolutely rude and unhelpful, finally begrudgingly offering luggage tags for us to store our luggage while we waited. If you are a glutton for punishment and enjoy having your calls unanswered (much less picked up), then this might be the place for you! The only thing this place is “premier” in, is hostility.

Certainly! Here’s a respectful but honest hotel review that highlights your experience: ⸻ ★☆☆☆☆ My stay at this hotel was disappointing. When I arrived, the receptionist had difficulty explaining the details of my Expedia booking clearly, and her tone came across as frustrated, which made the check-in process feel uncomfortable. On top of that, the hotel had recently changed the keypads, and our key didn’t work — we had to go back to the front desk three separate times to get it resolved. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. I hope the hotel improves both staff communication and the reliability of their key system

The location was convenient for our needs, very close to the Earl‘ Court station but also not right by it, so it is calm in the immediate area of the hotel. Extremely helpful staff, at every step: check in, upgrading internet, luggage storage… They were very friendly and very solution oriented. The hotel and the rooms feel a bit dated - not a problem but set your expectations accordingly. The aircon is a bit loud, but we could sleep through it. Overall, we were happy with our stay thanks to the friendly staff and the location. Given the price point, it would be great if the rooms get a bit of modernization.

Este ha sido el peor hotel en el que me he alojado últimamente. La recepción siempre estaba vacía y tenía que tocar el timbre cada vez que aparecía alguien. El personal parecía desmotivado. No me dieron ninguna explicación al registrarme. La habitación no tan pequeña y muy limpia, pero no tenía teléfono, así que si tenía alguna duda sobre cómo conectarme al wifi, tenía que bajar a recepción (y allí no había nadie, así que tenía que volver a tocar el timbre). Dejé un cartel en la puerta solicitando la limpieza cuando salí por la mañana, pero al regresar esa noche, la habitación no estaba limpia y las toallas no se habían cambiado. Volví a quejarme en recepción y me dijeron que tenía que haber solicitado la limpieza antes de dejar la habitación. No me dijeron nada de eso al check-in y nunca me había pasado en ningún otros hoteles. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado, pero no se calentaba nada, ni siquiera a la temperatura máxima de 30 grados. Lo único bueno de este hotel era su buena ubicación. No lo recomiendo.
