PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our beautiful petite 1 bed apartment provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. We created it in a way that it's a ‘home away from home’ :)

This flat is located on the first floor (there is no elevator). The flat has everything you need for your stay with a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom.

The flat has been designed to be functional and comfortable for relaxing after a long day of exploring London. The neighborhood is residential whilst being 15 minutes away from the city center - win-win! :)

BEDS
There is a brand new double bed with a comfortable mattress.

3rd person sleeps on a convertible sofa (long 170cm). The adjustable sofa has a 3-level adjustable backrest, making a comfortable sitting or lying experience.

High-quality linen and towels are provided.

LIVING & DINING AREA
You will find a nice-sized bar dining table with three chairs in a separate dining area. Living room is open space with kitchenette. There is also a 30’ TV with Netflix.

KITCHENETTE
Nicely sized kitchenette with brand new appliances it allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with salt & pepper, cookies, coffee, a toaster, kettle, microwave/oven and Nespresso coffee machine and much more :)


NO PARTIES, EVENTS, LOUND MUSIC ALLOWED. Quiet hours between 10pm - 8:00 am.

We are delighted to welcome you to our property and want to ensure you have a smooth arrival. Please note that you will need to climb 7 steps to reach the front entrance of the building. Once inside, you'll proceed through a small corridor and then ascend 15 steps to reach the first floor, where the studio flat is located.
