I have stayed many times and nothing but praise but this time was awful. The room was cramped and extremely cold. When I asked for with another blanket or heater they had none. The main heating also had been turned off in December. Also the shower entrance was a tight fit for me. So I didn’t have a good evening. No other chair to sit on except the edge of the bed.

Room so tiny 2 people won’t fit. No safe, no tissues. Worst, staff sold me “refundable upgrade” at time of day where it was impossible for me to take advantage. Turned out I needed to cancel one night but couldn’t even with additional cost paid. Something is wrong with their system.

Room was neglected, lamp shades battered, ripped and placed on a wonk. The bedding was dirty. Hot room, stank of food when we walked in. Aircon was wafting around weed smells, I assume this is from apartments, so maybe not entirely hotels fault. 1/2 of curtains wouldn’t pull open, so had limited natural light. It’s a shame as I needed a quiet base before a shift at the hospital. Reception staff were lovely though. Only other plus is that it was £80 so one of cheapest in area.

The room wasn't completely ready. There were no plates, cutlery or pans to cook withe, we had a Junior suite which has cookinf facilities, but each time we have to ask theses. Also one huge issue which we did not notice until the following morning when the sheets had move away from the mattress and that was a huge stain on mattress, size of 2 large hands in top right hand corner. I spoke to checkin desk who really wasnt bothered or apologised and just said "it was checked" with a tone of inconvenience, no apology was given !
