A pleasantly surprising nice stay! The area itself is quiet, with decent transport links. Hotel stay friendly, with a bar selling food and drink. Rooms are spacious, with decent shower/bathroom. Room was a tad warm, but the aircon did work eventually. Would highly recommend!

Our room was flooded on the first night due to heavy rain. The hotel put us into another room the next morning. When we went to look at the room, it was still musty and damp, so we stayed in the room. It was brutally hot that week; thank goodness they have AC. The staff was nice and handled many front-desk complaints.

The reception staff were efficient and helpful. The twin room was really lovely room, spacious and comfortable, but the air con didn't work and it was very hot. We arrived very late so did not bother the staff. There was no lift, so waiting was an issue as the other one was out of order. Location for Wimbledon tennis was perfect. I would definitely stay there again despite the little niggles. .
