The room wasn't completely ready. There were no plates, cutlery or pans to cook withe, we had a Junior suite which has cookinf facilities, but each time we have to ask theses. Also one huge issue which we did not notice until the following morning when the sheets had move away from the mattress and that was a huge stain on mattress, size of 2 large hands in top right hand corner. I spoke to checkin desk who really wasnt bothered or apologised and just said "it was checked" with a tone of inconvenience, no apology was given !

I stayed in 4 different rooms at this hotel in a 2 week period. The beds are OK but a bit hard. Not as good as a premier inn. The rooms are small. The standard double gets you a desk and a couple of square metres more. The cosy doubles are smaller but not worth the extra for a standard. The showers are good, powerful and hot. The air conditioning does not work. You set the temperature then it immediately reverts back to 22 degrees. You can open the windows but right outside is a busy noisey road on 3 sides. Building work starts at 5am on one side so expect banging, crashing and general noise from there. O erall

Unfortunately the room was too hot for my liking so I didn't sleep well and the AC was set at a fixed temperature so I couldnt cool it down. Plus the mattress was too firm for me being a side sleeper. Also there were cobwebs on the window frame behind the curtains and the bathroom cupboard looked a bit shoddy. On the plus side the receptionist was super friendly and kind and verg professional.

fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, had to change rooms the shower door was broken and the bathroom dirty in both rooms. airconditiong wasnt working during a heatwave!! we were not notified of this prior to checking in and we didnt receive any compensation whatsoever!! staff were nice enough but seemed overworked
