Overall, the hotel location in London was great and the staff were generally polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and our stay started well. However, I did experience an unfortunate situation during my stay. At one point my personal hygiene bag disappeared from the room and was later returned after I reported it, possibly having been accidentally discarded by housekeeping. Later during the stay, a gold ring that I had left on the nightstand went missing from my room. Aside from this issue, the hotel itself was pleasant, but I do hope management takes these incidents seriously so future guests can feel fully secure leaving personal belongings in their rooms.

Very friendly staff, just like all the other comments. We were able to check in a little early thanks to a lovely woman at the front desk—so appreciated. Well-located. The room was decent, comfortable and clean, but missing a few details - like wash cloths, a shower that kind of overflows onto the bathroom floor since the drains didn’t empty quite fast enough, a random tooth brush found in the bathroom when we first arrived. None of these were dealbreakers and we had a perfectly nice stay, but just a little more focus on housekeeping details would have upped the impression.

Not a four star hotel. Bathroom clearly had sealent over old mould, the shower itself had mould, the bottom of the shower screen looked like it had never been cleaned and the sink itself was worn/dirty at the sink hole and the bathroom had a cracked floor... the bathrooms clearly had a bodge job rennovation as its still got plug holes in the walls from previous decor. Non of the doors have soft close so all youll hear is a constant thud from doors being closed. There is no bottled water in the rooms, no fridge. You can get a better standard of cleaniness at a premier inn. For a four star this place is what id call all fur coat and no knickers.

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Room spotless. Mattress had a slight dip on one side. Sound proofing in the room not great, I got woken by slamming doors and also a neighbour watching TikTok videos at 5am. Location is great.

Nydelig hotell med god atmosfære og hyggelig betjening. Fint plassert med kort gangavstand til Earls Court stadion og ca 15 min til Kensington High Street. God mat i restauranten. Reiser gjerne tilbake.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia, o quarto não é muito grande, mas é bem decorado e muito confortável. Tivemos um problema com o ralo do box, mas a equipe nos ofereceu um outro quarto, mas como não queríamos trocar (pois estávamos com mais pessoas na viagem que estavam no mesmo andar), conseguiram adequar a situação para que pudéssemos ficar no quarto e ainda assim usar o box. Os quartos foram todos renovados, bem decorados, acredito que tenha sido um problema pontual. Gostei muito da estadia.
