Tiny rooms. We were downgraded to a "cosy" room despite booking a "queen" which was ridiculously small. Management insisted the two rooms were the same (they were not). Finally moved to a queen room the 2nd night of our stay which was very small but acceptable. Both rooms had shower drains that did not drain with water overflowing into the bathroom. In both rooms you can hear the people in the rooms next door and hear people in their rooms from the hallway. Location is good. Beds are comfy. Stay here if you are solo on business and just need a place to crash.

Very friendly staff, just like all the other comments. We were able to check in a little early thanks to a lovely woman at the front desk—so appreciated. Well-located. The room was decent, comfortable and clean, but missing a few details - like wash cloths, a shower that kind of overflows onto the bathroom floor since the drains didn’t empty quite fast enough, a random tooth brush found in the bathroom when we first arrived. None of these were dealbreakers and we had a perfectly nice stay, but just a little more focus on housekeeping details would have upped the impression.
